Project Go Live
The first phase of the Patient Experience Salesforce work project went live last week. I flew into Chicago on Tuesday for the start of the implementation. The project went live with the following features:
- Telephony integration with Cisco Finesse
- Knowledge
- Patient Demographics
It was a challenging week but ended on Friday with half the Call Center agents using the system. The rest of the agents plan to start using the system on Tuesday.
The project's next phase (Scheduling) is going live the week of November 18. I have booked my flight back to Chicago for Monday versus Tuesday. For the first phase, I flew in first thing Tuesday morning. My flight left around 6 AM, so got up super early to make it there. I had worked until midnight the night before trying to get Salesforce connected to Cisco Finesse. I had 3 hours of sleep then up for the flight to Chicago, and worked all day onsite. It was exhausting, so going to leave on Monday this time to see if helps any.
It has been a great opportunity to work on such a large Salesforce project implementation. I am looking forward to the system being fully implemented. My life has focused completely on this project for the past few months. I am looking forward to it being done, so I can focus on other areas of my life & get back to my personal goals.
