Prompt Builder Superbadge

I've been a Salesforce Credential Ambassador volunteer for just over a year. The flexibility of the volunteer hours appeals to me; I can contribute on weekends or after work hours. This arrangement doesn't overload my weekdays with tasks, unlike previous volunteering commitments.

I recently had the opportunity to test out the new Prompt Builder Templates superbadge. It was super fun to do & took about an hour of my time. The new superbadge tests your knowledge of some of Salesforce's newest AI functionality such as building AI templates, testing AI responses & providing options within the Salesforce screens. I think these new options are great, but find them to be super slow. I question if end users would really be open to using them due to the performance issues. I think as the technology progresses it will be impactful, but as of now I'm not sure it would be something I would implement for an employer yet. 

In the superbadge, one of the exercises involved language translation using AI. The AI could translate a field full of text to another language, which I found to be a very useful use case. I can see myself using this in the future if I ever work for an employer where language translation is needed.

I have enjoyed volunteering as a Salesforce Credential Ambassador & look forward to continuing with the program!
