I got a new job!
I recently left my job at Penn State Health to take on a new role at the University of Chicago Medicine as a Salesforce Health Cloud Administrator. I am currently two weeks into the new job and I am loving it! This change was much-needed and I am grateful to have the opportunity.
At the moment, I am still in the learning stage of what their Salesforce implementation entails, but I feel that I have learned a lot about UCM so far. This week, I gained a better understanding of the project scope and all the different project team members (50+ individuals). I am excited for the week ahead and to continue learning more.
This is the first time I have joined an organization mid-way through a Salesforce implementation project. When I joined Penn State Health, their Salesforce implementation team had already left months before. I only received the solution design document they left behind to get up-to-speed on the solution. It's nice to be involved in the implementation process and witness how the project unfolds. However, it is difficult to remain in quiet/learning mode and not offer suggestions or intervene to complete tasks. I am optimistic that once we go live, everything will fall into place and work out.
Super excited for what the future holds!
